Wrapping it up.

Today I'm tying up some loose ends before hopping a flight home to the windy city for 10 days.

Hunter and I are spending the holidays apart for one last time, and he arrived safely in Santa Fe just a few minutes ago. It will be strange, returning home without him - eating at our favorite restaurants, seeing our friends, sleeping in our bed at my folks house... but I'm so excited to see my family and home again, after 1.5 years away! Paco the wonderdog is coming with me, and he'll be happily reunited with his "big sister/surrogate mommy", my parents dog Veronica.

I'm really excited about 2009. I've got a bunch of great surprises and features in store for you! I'll be launching a new series, as well... From Flab to Fab, in my quest to get super-fine in 2009. More details will come, but I think its going to be great!

Not to mention, I'm getting married next year! As groomsman Nick would say, "You're getting married? Oh, I didn't hear." He's so coy.
