Flab to Fab: A "Chip" Off the Old Ocean...

If you're like me, and endure a constant nagging craving for salty, crunchy delights but can't bear the calorie counts on potato chips - meet my newest Flab to Fab secret weapon, and prepare to be satisfied!

source

I discovered Seas Gift Roasted Seaweed Snack treats thanks to my daily Hungry Girl emails, and haven't looked back since. They make my mouth so happy!

Don't be scared off by the seaweed part, I promise you'll luuuurve the flavor. They're crispy and salty with a bit of nutty roasted sesame oil in there to satisfy the need for grease that we desire on occasion (c'mon, I know I'm not alone), and I adore that they come in handy individual snack packs! I carry them everywhere. One package contains only 25 calories, 1 gram of fat, and packs a whopping punch of vitamins A and C - making them the perfect replacement for chips any day of the week. Or, if you're like me, every day of the week. I cannot. get. enough.

They also come in a sweetened variety, which I haven't mustered the courage to try just yet, but if you have sampled them, let me know what you think!

Happy chomping, flab to fabbers! Hope you likey like I likey :)

See, that is something I never would have tried without your recommendation. I am so addicted to chips and salty snacks of all kinds!

I have a yummy suggestion too... try "Food Should Taste Good" chips/crackers. They come in flavors like olive, multi grain, jalapeno, and the 'works'... and are only 130 calories for 10 chips. I take 10 chips out of the bag and load with as mucho salsa as my heart desires. It satisfies those cravings and tastes oh so yummy without making much of a dent in the 2000 cals a day I try to limit myself to. Yum! oh and Ashley told me you said hey my way...

Gonna DO it! Just need to find them in stores near me. I'll do the sweet ones too. Sweet seaweed should be novel.

i'm asian so i've been munching on these for as long as i can remember! the sweet ones are DELISH too! the sweet ones are more chinese and the salty ones are more korean. they're really good if you eat it with rice - just grab a bit of rice with your seaweed slice and munch away! even better if you add spam to the mix, but that will be caloric overload..

Oh, I love this snack. I've been buying these on my shopping trips, take them out of the bag the moment I get in the car, and they are my treat on the way home. Used to do that with cookies, candies, but no more. And kelp is sooo good for you.
